About John Frayne - Celtic Jeweller:
John grew up in the rural South East of Ireland, an area rich in ancient mythology and traditional crafts. He pursued and academic career in chemistry until his interest in traditional arts and crafts became a way of life. He has exhibited both celtic jewellery and stained glass works at craft fairs throughout Ireland.

In 1987 John moved to Perth to produce and market Celtic Motif Jewellery in Australia. He first set up a workshop in Perth before moving to his current studio in Victoria. His work is now displayed in galleries throughout the country.
